Market Overview
Xact Mortgages personnel have over 250 collective years experience in the provision of mortgage advice. We believe that every client has their own individual requirements and accordingly our service is geared to their specific circumstances, ensuring a long lasting relationship built on trust.
We are Independent Mortgage Advisors and as such are able to investigate the whole of the market to assess products most suited to your needs. These products include Mortgages, Life Assurance and Protection, House Insurance; including Buildings and Contents.
Providing truly independent mortgage advice is at the heart of our service, this being provided either by our dedicated 7 days per week Mortgage Desk, or delivered face to face with one of our many Independent Mortgage Advisors. Appointments are arranged at a time and place which is convenient to you.
One of the primary purposes of the Xact Mortgage Desk is to provide the ability to obtain a ‘decision in principle’ on an anticipated mortgage application, giving you the peace of mind that an application is going to be successful prior to it being made. Our on-line links with lenders allows us to quickly process your mortgage application; update you on the progress of your mortgage therefore allowing you to concentrate on the other important aspects of the home buying process.
You can pay for our services by fee only. In these circumstances, a typical fee is 1% of the loan, payable on completion. You can also pay a reduced fee and we will retain the procuration fee from the lender. A typical fee would then be £250. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances.
Xact Mortgages are committed to you as a client and as such we will review your personal circumstances on a periodic basis such that if your personal circumstances change, we are able to make suitable recommendations to you.
YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
