Senior Negotiator - Solihull
You will have experience of the local area and have a proven track record in dealing with property sales and running a busy office. We are seeking someone who has the flair and ability to adapt to changes within the Estate Agency world.
Salary – Negotiable plus bonus
Mortgage Advisor - Solihull and Halesowen
Continuing the expansion of our Mortgage team, we are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisors who are seeking a new challenge. Xact Mortgages continue to prove growth is achievable in any market conditions and we only want individuals who have the “will to win”. You will have significant experience in either the New Build market or an Estate Agency practice and will be able to demonstrate your performance over the past 3 years.
Both Employed and Self Employed positions available
Administration - Solihull
Joining a busy and motivated team, you must have the ability to multi task and a desire to take on new challenges. Experience within an Estate Agency practice would be desirable but more important is your attitude and desire to deliver the highest quality service to our clients.
Salary – Negotiable plus bonus
Administration - Halesowen
We are seeking an experienced Administrator who has already worked in a Mortgage environment and who likes being busy. Our phones never stop therefore you must be able to multi task, enjoy being busy and wish to be part of a successful and motivated team.

Office Junior - Solihull
If you are looking for your first job or want an organisation to recognise your potential such that you can develop you career, then Xact want to hear from you. We are seeking an Office Junior who is willing to work hard and prove themselves in almost any area of the business. Xact will commit to train you and provide you with a steady progression within the business.
